Maritime commune of the Atlantic coast of Martinique, at 13 kilometers from the airport, the town of François is famous for its skiffs racing teams, for the islands  in its bay - places of watery and gastronomical attractions, for its rum dwelling (opened to the public) which welcomed both presidents Mitterand and Bush (Sr), as for its residential district of Cap-Est.
It is precisely in Cap-Est that FLORA is located at 10 kilometers of the town of François and its trade, at the end of a dead end providing calm and privacy. It is directed south-eastern on a hill from where it facesasuperb sight open on the ocean .		 Arrival at Flora

AMENITIES

The house is on two levels the main access starting from the lower. Atthe time of a night arrival (and according to the season) you will be welcomedby the scents of the jasmine which decorates the staircase  accessingthe terrace which surrounds the living room. 
At the lower  level are :
  • A large quadrant room having an contiguous shower room
  • A wash-room and a powder-room.
On the upper floor the house includes
  • Three bedroomsincluding one withtwo simple beds
  • Two bathrooms, one being common to two rooms
  • A living room with mezzanine on which it is possible to have auxiliary beds (2 people moreover.)
  • A broad equipped kitchen  communicating with the terrace which surrounds the house.
(All the bedrooms are air-conditioned.)
LOCAL ACTIVITIES

The house has what to satisfy your desires of calm or excitation:

  • Two TV including one with satellite antenna
  • A video tape recorder
  • Several radios and a CD player...
  • A swimming pool in terrace with an extraordinary sight.
  • A barbecue 
  • Three tables and several armchairs distributed on the terrace surrounding the living room allow you to draw the best comfort from it, according to the hour of the day or the breath of the trade winds.
Otherwise you will be able to experiment all  the nautical pleasures accessible from the marina at 10 km (sea excursions or hiring of boats) or from the dock of "Le Simon" at 2,5 km (excursions towards the islands.)
The visit of the "Habitation Clement " and it's authentic creole house will give you a picturesque outline of the traditionnal art of living in Martinique. Beware of the alcohol tasting before driving back  home...

Flora  is located at Jacob's Cape in the residential hamlet of Cap-Est, which places it at 10 kilometers from the town of Le François. A sandy beach is located 1200 yards from the house .

The tariffs include the local phone calls, the equipment and the household linen (not beach towels) the accompaniment to the villa (very appreciable in the event of night arrival). The minimal duration of hiring is one week. 
An reservation deposit of 25% is necessary to hold the rental, the balance is payable when taking possession of the places.
