The house is within 25 kilometers of the airport and 10 minutes by
car from the town of "Rivière- Salée" where you will find most
trades and services. The closest beaches are those of Sainte Luce, 6 Km from
the house. For emergency provisions there is a grocery store 300 meters from
the house.
"
La Guénandière" is located at the top of the "Montravail" forest,
an ideal place for family excursions.
The villa fits perfectly in the tropical flowers of the garden which surrounds
it and shelters its guests under a broad "L" shaped gallery extending to form
a covered deck for the swimming pool.
The house is fully furnished including a cd player, a fax (you will
need a prepaid card to send a fax out of the island) , a micro wave oven
, a fridge , coffe maker and a library.
Rates include .
- Local phone calls (you will need a french prepaid card for international
calls).
- Household equipment and linens.
- Weekly maintenance of the swimming pool.
- Vacation insurance.
- Insurance in case of cancellation due to reasons beyond your control.
The minimum rental period is one week.
A deposit of 25% is required on reservation. The balance is due with
a damage deposit of 380,00 € on or before arrival. |
