Les jumelles are two neighbouring houses wich share a large garden and a pool. they are situated 40 miles from Fort de France in Cap-Chevalier (on the territory of Ste Anne ) on the south Atlantic coast. Les jumelles are totally identical and are both furnished in the same style. each house sleeps 6-8 making the total capacity of les Jumelles 16 .

each house has the following ::

• 2 air-conditioned bedrooms on the ground floor
• 1 air-conditioned bedroom on the first floor
• 2 shower rooms (one of which is ensuite)
• 2 single beds in the living room
• Kitchen which opens out onto the terrace (garden furniture provides an open air dining area.) - equipped with oven, freezer, toaster, blender, cafetière.
• Washing machine

Prices can be reduced according to the duration of the stay : 10 % for two weeks, 17.50 % for 3 weeks and 25 % for a month. 
Prices include Holiday insurance . A reservation deposit of 25% is neccesary to book the houses.An extra charge of 48 euros will be made to cover the cost of cleaning the property at hte end of the stay unless you choose to do it yourself .  The remaining sum is due at the very latest one week prior to arrival .
